Decor & Blooms have a passion for all things pretty. We provide a professional, personal venue decor and prop hire service catering for Essex, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and Bedfordshire. We deliver, set up and collect all items, allowing you to relax and simply enjoy your special day. Items can be hired individually with a minimum spend of  £200.
